Who we are

Readings are provided by Tatiana Lima. You can reach us at hello@tatianalima.com.

Booking and payment

Sending a booking request through this website doesn't commit you to anything and doesn't take payment. Tati replies within two working days to confirm an appointment time (or suggest alternatives) and sends a secure card payment link. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received, and you'll then receive a calendar invitation. Prices are in pounds sterling and include everything listed on the reading's page.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Preparation begins before we meet, so later changes may not always be possible. If Tati ever needs to reschedule, she'll offer a new time or a full refund.

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from payment to cancel for a full refund. If you ask for your reading to take place within those 14 days, you agree that preparation can start straight away. If you then cancel after preparation has begun, we'll refund the price less a proportionate charge for the work already done. Once the consultation has taken place, the right to cancel no longer applies.

Their First Sky

Their First Sky is written personally for one child. You can cancel for a full refund until writing begins; once it has begun, it can't be cancelled, as it's made to your specification. Digital editions are delivered by private download link within 14 days of payment.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used for the reading named on the voucher. The person receiving it books their own appointment and provides birth details directly. Vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if they haven't been used.

Birth details

Readings are prepared from the details you provide. Please check them carefully. If a birth time turns out to be significantly different after preparation, a re-preparation fee may apply; we'll always tell you before charging it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your own nation's courts.
